Solution Overview

With Subscription Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations you can register, invoice and forecast your recurring business. For every subscription you can all relevant information subscriptions like duration, invoicing frequency, items and services included, renewal options and the link to Revenue Recognition schedules.

When activating a subscription, the invoice schedule and the forecast for the subscription are created automatically.

The invoice schedule can then be used to generate sales orders and project journals, that will be picked up by the standard invoicing routines of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Additionally, the forecast will give you a good insight of the expected recurring revenues of years ahead.
