The DynamicsPact Annual CEO Conference didn’t go entirely to plan this year. Originally scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi, we had to cancel at short notice due to the situation in the region.
Following a hectic few weeks of reorganisation, we successfully reconvened in Marbella, Spain at the Iberostar Coral Beach Hotel. From Sunday 15th March to Tuesday 17th March, the event brought together CEOs and commercial leaders from the best Microsoft Dynamics partner in the world.

While travel and visa constraints resulted in a smaller group than anticipated, it was still a pleasure to welcome over 25 leaders from across our global network. As always, the focus remained on sharing knowledge, aligning approaches, and strengthening the relationships that underpin successful international collaboration.
Monday Business Agenda
Monday began with a warm welcome from Michael Blatherwick, DynamicsPact CEO, who invited attendees to introduce themselves and their businesses in a roundtable session, setting the tone for an open and collaborative day.

We were then joined by our guest speaker, Sameer Verma, VP & Chief Product Officer for Microsoft Dynamics 365. A strong advocate of DynamicsPact, Sameer made a special effort to rearrange his travel plans to join us in Spain. His presentation, followed by an engaging Q&A session, was both inspiring and insightful, delivered with openness and honesty.

Following the coffee break, attention turned to the future with the session: What will our businesses look like in four years’ time?
Keith Dunkinson and Michael Blatherwick presented the results of the AI & Business Health Survey, sparking valuable discussion around the role of AI, evolving business models, and the strategic priorities required to remain competitive in the years ahead.
After lunch, Ian Herlevsen from Prodware led a session on Partner Programme, Licensing & Partner Evolution, sharing his extensive knowledge of the changing Microsoft partner landscape and how organisations can adapt to ongoing transformation.
This was followed by Patricia Maia of Arquiconsult, who presented AI Agents Adoption and how to sell what you have done. Patricia shared practical, real world insights on driving adoption and effectively communicating the value of AI solutions to clients.

We also heard from Marco Patron and Antonio Peña of Grupo Staff, who demonstrated how they have successfully automated AI with Copilot bringing tangible examples of innovation within the network.
The final session of the day was delivered by Dominique De Vos from Cegeka. Following Cegeka’s recognition as Microsoft Global Partner of the Year 2026, Dominique shared valuable insight into what it takes to achieve such a prestigious award.
With the formal agenda complete, the evening moved into our annual dinner where conversations continued, ideas were shared, and, just as importantly, friendships were strengthened.

Final Day
Over the past 22 years of DynamicsPact CEO conferences, we have always made time for shared experiences beyond the meeting room. Despite this year’s late rearrangement, Marco Arndt from Arineo stepped in and, within hours, organised a memorable day for the group.
This included a trip to Marbella’s old town, followed by a relaxed evening in the Andalusian hills enjoying wine tasting and traditional paella at a local vineyard.
In Closing
Despite the challenges, this year’s conference once again demonstrated the strength, resilience and spirit of the DynamicsPact network. The willingness to collaborate, share openly, and support one another remains at the heart of everything we do—and continues to be the foundation of our collective success.
