That’s where Business Control Tower comes in. The Business Control Tower data platform (data warehouse) is based on Microsoft’s PowerBI and is linked to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics for Customer Engagement.
It can be linked to a multitude of other applications and data sources. Want to link to an external CRM system? Want to combine your current data with data from your legacy systems? Not a problem at all.
Business Control Tower is a data warehouse-as-a-service, based on more than 10 years of business and process knowledge and experience. This service comes with an extensive data model and a solid report base. You can use these reports to create your own reports, dashboards and indicators on the fly, giving you all the information and insights you need to optimize your business.
